The best way to reach us is email: hello@tinygif.app. There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting your details on a server and we would rather not.

If something did not work

Please include:

• The page you used, for example the Discord GIF compressor, and the preset you chose.
• Your browser and device (for example "Safari on iPhone" or "Chrome on Windows").
• The size and length of your picture, and the error message you saw, including its code such as E03.

Please do not attach the file itself unless we ask. A description is usually enough, and it keeps your artwork private.

If a platform limit looks wrong

Send the number you think is right and, if you can, a link to the platform page that states it. We re-check limits regularly and fix mistakes quickly. Each limit on the site shows where it came from and when it was last checked.

Privacy requests

We do not keep your files or build a profile of you, so there is very little to look up. If you still have a question about your data, write to the same address. The privacy page explains what is recorded.
